Field trips will include driving safaris, short hikes, longer hikes, several handicap accessible trips, dawn chorus events, and a canoe trip. Three of the trips will be held in IBAs (“Important Bird Areas” designated by Audubon New York): Moose River Plains, William C. Whitney Wilderness Area, and Massawepie Mire. On Friday evening, there will be a social dinner at the Adirondack Hotel in Long Lake.
